Estimating
The most critical component of any profitable bodyshop repair business. Working alongside existing or new employee’s on any of the major estimating systems, assessing their estimating strengths and weaknesses and teaching them areas of the repair process that can be legitimately charged for where, historically, there is a common assumption certain labour times or elements of the repair process are “included in the estimating system”.
Negotiating Skills
Teaching the key staff strong and sound negotiating skills within the bodyshop environment, paying particular attention to negotiating repair estimates and repair times with both in-house and field engineering staff.
Estimate Conversion
The ability to either introduce or adapt any existing estimate conversion system, to provide excellent conversion rates as well as accurate conversion rate measurements.
Workshop Loading
The ability to introduce a tried and tested detailed T-card system, to not only monitor and control the whole bodyshop production process, but to instantly see at a glance, a complete overview of the bodyshop business from repair notification through to invoice creation. Also, can advise on most computerised management software packages available in the market place, as to what would suit any particular bodyshop business most.
Courtesy Car Management
A visual and complete management program to control a courtesy car fleet of any size to maximise daily usage and help to reduce fleet size and overhead costs whilst improving customer service. Also, if required, introduction to professional courtesy car fleet providers to help minimise excessive de-fleeting costs.

Customer Handling
A complete customer handling process, from notification/drop-in estimate through to repair completion handover.
Invoicing
A method, for any employee, to invoice accurately the correct amount at repair completion, including any items which may have been missed at the estimate stage, therefore automatically creating a check procedure at the end of the repair process to minimise ‘free of charge’ work being carried out.
Complete Business Analysis
To provide a complete warts and all impartial view of any bodyshop repair business, advising where improvements in either processes or staffing, can be made without the need for major capital investment, therefore, ultimately improving net profit.
